Funding Opportunity – Art, Data & Quality of Air AQ+ to commission 3 artworks inspired by open data

The Air Quality+ project would like to showcase art inspired by open data that can engage citizens on the topic of urban air quality.

We want to commission three new artworks inspired by published open data to stimulate public dialogue around air quality and related issues, including its contributing factors and consequences.

There is a budget for each artist of up to £1,750.

More information is available in the Commission Brief.

Interested applicants should complete a short proposal form by 2pm on Thursday 27 November 2014.

The Air Quality+ project is managed by The Better With Data Society and Sheffield City Council, and funded by the Local Government Open Data Breakthrough Fund.
